Autumn: Apple Picking, Pumpkin Patch, Mission Trails, Heritage of the Americas museum, The Nat, Botanical Garden, San Diego Zoo

 

Winter: Chinese History Museum, Marie Hitchcock Puppet Theater, La Jolla Library Art Displays, World Beat Center, City Farmer Nursery, Lindo Lake Butterfly and Bird Search

 

Spring: Balboa Park Bug Search (Zoro Garden, Koi Pond, Botanical Building), Recycle Center, Summer’s Past Farm SweetPea Maze, Flinn Springs Park, Annie’s Slot Canyon and San Elijo Nature Center and Lagoon

 

Summer: SeaWorld, Wizard of Oz theater production, Beach Day

 

Festivals/School Events: Michaelmas Play (watching), Lantern Walk, Spiral Walk, Winter Market, Valentine/Friendship Party, Sparrow Literary Event and Book Giveaway, Sparrow Jogathon, Try Your Hand at Puppetry Assembly, Spring in the Park celebration, Maypole in the Park, Spring Festival,  End of Year Homeschool Picnic

 

Park Enrichment Days: Sprinkled throughout the year - includes movement such as jump rope, bean bag toss activities, storytelling, bubbles, and other coordination and community building skills.
