About Ms. Julie
This is my 4th year teaching TK/Kindergarten at Sparrow, however, I have been with Sparrow since the school started in 2011. I've held many jobs here at Sparrow including aftercare lead, substitute teacher, office manager, kindergarten assistant, middle school digital literacy teacher, and MORE!
I graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2001 with a BA in Theatre. I earned my Waldorf Teaching Certificate through the Waldorf Institute of Southern California in 2013. I recently earned my Master's of Education with an emphasis in Social Emotional Learning in 2022.
I live in La Mesa with my pet cat, Fiona, who I rescued from the creek on Sparrow's campus.
