Nickolas S. McCormack
Hello, my name is Nickolas McCormack,
but generally, I go by Nick, in the classroom I am referred to as Mr. M. I live right here in La Mesa and am the 8th grade teacher here at Sparrow Academy. My teaching philosophy and
pedagogy have roots in both Montessori and Waldorf
education. I am originally from Detroit, Michigan and have been living in California now for 20 years. A passion of mine is ice hockey. I currently play at the Kroc Center and have been playing and coaching since I was 4 years old. I feel so lucky to be a member of this program and the Sparrow family, and hey, living in San Diego is not too bad!
