Kindergarten at Sparrow Academy provides a joyful and nurturing environment where imagination flourishes through creative play, storytelling, music, movement, and art. We focus on the healthy physical development of our students with hands-on activities such as crafts, baking, cooking, gardening, and outdoor exploration. Our program encourages responsibility and cooperation by fostering a sense of care for both oneself and others, as well as for our classroom and play spaces.

The early foundations of literacy are built through the rich oral traditions of storytelling, puppetry, and song, while mathematical concepts are introduced through rhythmic activities, music, and practical tasks like cooking and carpentry. A deep appreciation for the natural world is cultivated, setting the stage for more focused scientific inquiry in the future.
